CQC's new Evidence Categories

With their new way of inspecting and assessing services, the CQC has grouped the different types of evidence that they look at into 6 categories:

  • People's experience of health and care services

  • Feedback from staff and leaders

  • Feedback from partners

Feedback

With the evidence now much firmly resting on feedback from those that use the service, we need to be more prepared than ever before. CFS can help demonstrate that services are actively seeking, and acting upon, feedback that is received into the service.

CQC are looking for services to be more open and honest in the way they work, and to demonstrate that they are putting peoples feedback at the heart of what they do to improve - CFS can help!
